Initialize and destroy Owl Carousel on resize

Following demo shows how to initialize Owl Carousel on mobile, and destroy it on desktop. It's based on the combination of two techniques:

• Detect CSS breakpoints in javascript
• Initialize and destroy a slider on resize

Warning! The destroy event is not working properly on some versions. Release 2.1.6 is used here and it works fine.
